Anthony joined O'Brien & Ryan, LLP in 2004 and serves on its Management Committee. Anthony's practice consists of general litigation, representing both businesses and individuals in matters ranging from professional malpractice to breach of contract. His clients include business owners, general contractors, subcontractors, insurance companies, lawyers, law firms, doctors, nurses, nurses' aides, physical therapists, administrators, hospitals, and nursing homes. His litigation practice includes premises liability claims, professional liability claims, and insurance coverage disputes. He has extensive experience in contract review and negotiation, with agreements in areas such as healthcare, real estate and construction. He handles cases in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He also has extensive experience with mediation and arbitration.
Anthony also serves as an arbitrator for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.
