Marshall joined O'Brien & Ryan, LLP in 1998 and serves on its Management Committee.  He is currently trial counsel in medical malpractice, nursing home, long term acute care and legal malpractice cases.  He has successfully tried cases to verdict in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester counties.

Marshall's clients include hospitals, nursing homes, long term acute care and rehabilitation facilities as well as doctors, physical therapists and lawyers.  In addition, Marshall has experience in mass tort litigation, including HRT (hormone replacement therapy), orthopedic bone screw, silicone breast implants and fen-phen.
